Housing

on-campus | off-campus | message board | location

As a nontraditional student, you have several choices for where you'd like to live.

Living in the residence halls may not necessarily be conducive for a nontraditional student. And although Daniell Heights is considered on-campus, the apartments might be considered small for the rental cost. (~500 sq. ft. each apartment).

Looking for housing off-campus can be taxing since there are many choices, but it would be worth it. Housing can be found throughout the local area. If you've never been here, it is worth knowing that there are several cities, in a very short radius from Houghton, that all offer rentals. (see below)

Review the map to discover how far your commute would be if you decide an off-campus option. This is a beautiful area, rich with history. The off-campus option includes a wide variety, from on the water, to downtown.
