About Michigan Tech

Michigan Tech is a world renowned University with many points of pride:

In terms of enrollment, Michigan Tech is ranked 4th in Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, as well as 8th in Geological and Mining Engineering.

In terms of undergraduate degrees, Michigan Tech ranks 3rd in Geological Engineering, 4th in Environmental Engineering, and 12th in Mechanical Engineering. Michigan Tech is one of the largest degree-granting programs in Scientific and Technical Writing in the nation.

The population of Michigan Tech is diverse, with over 70 countries represented on campus. Located in the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula, Michigan Tech provides many other non-academic opportunities, including recreation, student involvement and cultural activities.
